AES collects sensitive, personal data or information (SPDI) through our enrollment/admissions process. The SPDI that AES collects through its enrollment process is required to ensure that we can provide educational services to families. AES only collects SPDI that is necessary for those goals. Personal information submitted will not be transferred to any non-affiliated third parties unless otherwise stated at the time of collection. When a user submits personally identifiable information it is used only for the purpose stated at the time of collection.
Where consent for the use and disclosure of personal information is required, AES will seek consent from the appropriate person. At the time of enrollment parents sign a permission form to allow the school to use photos and artwork on the web and in other publications.
