AMERICAN EMBASSY SCHOOL ADMISSIONS

Come for adventure. Stay for the community. Learn and serve for a lifetime.

Set in culturally rich and vibrant New Delhi, the American Embassy School offers international elementary, middle, and high school programs built on the most dynamic elements of a US education. Our warm, welcoming community includes learners from more than 70 countries — and for 75 years, that diversity has made AES a hub of excellence in academics, arts, athletics, and service, and a place of real belonging and joy.

Namaste and Welcome to AES Admissions

Every move a family makes leads to stretching, growth, and change. It’s stressful yet exciting and offers each family member a new learning experience.

We believe that our international school will set your child up for success by providing a balanced education defined by a joyful pursuit of excellence in academics, athletics, the arts, and service. We seek to guide each student to become a lifelong learner; to explore, to create, to innovate, and to serve. Further, we seek to inspire responsibility and a sense of compassionate global citizenship.

More than anything, we want your child to find AES a place where they feel they belong and experience great learning every day.

As the Director of Admissions, I feel privileged to meet you and so many other wonderful international families from all over the world. Please contact me at ykovacs@aes.ac.in for a one-on-one conversation about the American Embassy School and, hopefully, to initiate your personalized admissions journey into our AES Family.

We can't wait to get to know you.  Our team is happy to serve you during your transition in New Delhi or around the world.

Warmest regards,

Ylva Kovacs, Director of Admissions

Either way, we offer a US curriculum built for elementary and middle school, and a high school program flexible enough to include US coursework, the International Design and Innovation program, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. I think one of the parts I love most about AES is the inclusivity of people from different nationalities, races, cultures and beliefs. I think the openness in AES has allowed me to be more of myself. I also love how my teachers always encouraged me to be a better learner.

Parent

Our daughter has been at AES since 2014 joining as a student in Pre-K.  She is fortunate to have grown up in the safe and nurturing environment of the ES with a diverse group of friends led by caring and dynamic teachers. Respect for space, people and feelings have been our favorite. Along with academic skills our daughter has cultivated confidence in her own creativity, a sense of community awareness, and empathy for others.
