To reserve your child’s space for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year, you must re-enroll them by March 17, 2025. You do this by paying the advance deposit which then becomes part of their tuition fee payment.
Why?
The goal of re-enrollment is to secure the seats of current students who want to return in 2025–2026 and for Admissions to predict the number of seats we can offer to ‘waiting and new applicants’. Re-enrollment is also an important process for the overall financial and operational health of the School because it affords us the opportunity to advantageously plan and resource our programs in advance. This includes anything from hiring to facility care.
How?
You will receive an email with a link from AES Admissions & Finance on February 18, 2025. Click the link and follow the steps to re-enroll. You will be able to choose from one of the three options below:

First Option: Re-Enroll

Re-enroll, complete the steps, and pay the advance deposit of USD 2,000 by March 17, 2025. If your employer is paying your advance deposit, please check in with your company’s finance office to make sure that the payment has been made.

The Re-enrollment process is not finalized until you have completed all the above steps.

Second Option: Undecided

We understand that life is sometimes complicated. If you are unsure of your plans for 2025–2026, complete the second option. Please understand that this action does NOT hold your child’s space or extend the re-enrollment deadline. Contact the Director of Admissions for more information.

We're sad to learn that you're leaving. Please complete the withdrawal and checkout form in our online portal (it's one of the choices under the re-enrollment process).
