High School Announcements
Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010 (Day 6)
From the Office
On Monday, Sept. 13 at 10:20 am we will have a "Shelter In Place" drill. This means all students and adults will stay in the room, stay away from windows, pull shades and turn out lights when Dr. Hetzel makes the announcement. Students who are not in a room should seek shelter in the nearest classroom or office possible. This is a drill in the event there is civil unrest near the campus or an intruder on the campus. Please see your teacher if you have questions.

From Reach Out
"Uniform Measuring Day" THIS Sunday (the 12th), 9:00-12:00 at Gate 5 and in the Main Gym. We can use your help in measuring the school children from the Vivekanand Colony for their school uniforms. You can come for an hour or more to do a variety of jobs - escorting kids to and fro, crowd management, checking lists of names, etc. It is quite the experience and your help will be most welcome.
From Ms. Guerin and Mr. Kleinhenz
MUN Club will meet TODAY from 4-6 in Room 308, Ms. Guerin's room. Remember that we have changed topics to the problem of child soldiers in conflict-stricken countries. Bring your draft resolution (electronic version and hard copy) along with a supporting policy statement. We will be discussing the upcoming conferences, including new information about the Genoa conference in February.
